He bought his first investment property in 1995 at the age of 25 then just 2 years later almost lost it due to bad tenants, rental arrears and all that stuff.

He really hated his job and the mundane day to day treadmill that he was stuck on. So in 1997 he decided to go into business for himself and began cleaning windows.
